cd6666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. cd6666 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the player's name will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

cd6666 does not accept deposits made from borrowed funds, credit facilities, or funds obtained through any unlawful activity. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. cd6666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including where the request is the player's first withdrawal or where the amount exceeds standard thresholds. Players must have a Verified Account to process withdrawals above ৳10,000 per transaction.

Withdrawals will not be processed where a player's account has an outstanding wagering requirement on bonus funds that has not yet been satisfied, where there is an active fraud investigation relating to the account, or where the account has been flagged by our security systems for any other reason pending review.

Where bonus abuse is detected, cd6666 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn in connection with the abusive activity.

All games available on cd6666 are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers and use independently verified random number generators. cd6666 does not develop its own game software and does not have the ability to influence the outcome of any game supplied by a certified provider. Game results are final once confirmed by the provider's system. cd6666 will not reverse confirmed game results except where a technical error on the platform's side — as distinguished from a player-side error — has caused a materially incorrect outcome to be recorded.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or transaction — including network interruptions, server errors, or software faults — cd6666 will endeavour to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the actual outcome recorded by the Game Provider's certified system will govern, and cd6666 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period. Players are not entitled to claim winnings that result from a clearly erroneous display caused by a technical fault.

cd6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the platform reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the player has provided false registration information; the account is being used for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose; the player is under the age of 21; or the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, cd6666 reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the account at the time of closure. Real-money balances remaining in the account following closure for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

Players who close their account voluntarily and then wish to reopen it may submit a new request to the support team, subject to cd6666's approval and re-verification at cd6666's discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cd6666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if cd6666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cd6666's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their cd6666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cd6666 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and cd6666 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

No Waiver. Any failure by cd6666 to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of cd6666's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.

Assignment. Players may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. cd6666 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without prior notice to the player.

Severability. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
